Hillel Summer Internship Program
Find Yourself in Buffalo
Interns will work full time Monday-Thursday (32 hours/week) in their internship placements. On Fridays, interns will participate in group processing and immersive learning experiences that will further their professional growth and leadership skills. Examples of Friday programs include a networking power lunch with local Jewish professionals and a tour of a start-up incubator in Buffalo.
Program Dates: June 1-July 24th
June 1-2: Orientation
July 10-12: Shabbaton
July 23: Closing Celebration with Employers
July 24: Program Farewell
Stipend
Interns will be paid $3000, divided into two installments - at the halfway point and at the conclusion of the program. This stipend will be awarded to interns who meet the terms of their signed contract. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.

Monday, February 10th – Applications open.
Friday, March 6th – Priority deadline. After March 6th, applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
Hillel will conduct first-round interviews with applicants, and will inform applicants by early March if they are selected for the program.
Employers and students will be informed of their placements in late March.
Placement supervisors and interns meet one-on-one to confirm the match.
